Team Overview

Juniper and Ivy is proud to introduce our new Executive Chef Jonathan Kinsella to San Diego. Jonathan follows Culinary Director Jon Sloan’s steady hand that has guided Juniper since our opening in 2014 and joins the in-house team with General Manager Scott Deardorff.

Jonathan joins after spending thirteen years working for Daniel Boulud’s family of restaurants including Bar Boulud, Boulud Sud and Épicerie Boulud. For the past decade Jonathan served as the Executive Chef of db Bistro & Oyster Bar at the renowned Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
