First Course

  • OYSTERS – Minter Sweet oysters, caviar, coconut lime foam
  • DAY BOAT SCALLOP – Winter citrus, calamansi, Fresno chili
  • NY STEAK TARTARE – Tonnato sauce, pickled mustard seeds, taro chips
  • BELGIAN ENDIVE – Fuji apples, walnut-apple butter, blue fromage, mustard vinaigrette

Second Course

  • SPINY LOBSTER – Shellfish bisque, fennel, trout roe
  • HANDMADE AGNOLOTTI – Butternut squash, sage brown butter, Parm brodo, pecans
  • HERITAGE PORK BELLY – Parsnip purée, Asian pears
