Local Farm Spotlight: Pixca Farm
Among the many local farmers and fishermen that make our ever changing menu possible, Pixca Farm has been a long time partner, and most recently has been reintroduced to the menu with a variety of new produce and herb additions. From the corn in the Saffron Risotto, to the genovese basil used in the Squash Blossom aioli, our friends at the small urban farm never steer us wrong. Local to the South Bay community, Pixca Farm was an easy pick to maintain our organic, and small business support efforts. Our farm-to-table cuisine can be attributed In part to the specific varieties and seeds Pixca Farmers so generously curate for the J&I kitchen.
