An Extraordinary Evening with Cayuse Vineyards – Thursday, November 13

On Thursday, November 13, Juniper & Ivy is honored to host an extraordinary evening with Cayuse Vineyards. This intimate wine dinner will feature a four-course tasting menu inspired by Cayuse wines, with a Cayuse-led story of the journey, vineyards, and craft. Seating is extremely limited, and tickets are $300 per person.
Acres of Stones
Defying skeptics, Christophe planted his first vineyard in 1997, believing that vines must struggle to reveal their greatest expression. He named the project Cayuse Vineyards, after the Native American tribe whose name was derived from the French word cailloux—meaning “stones.”
What began as a gamble on ten rocky acres has since grown into five vineyards spanning just over 47 acres, producing some of the most acclaimed and sought-after wines in the United States.
